5 Application
The SG 1/1 suction unit can be installed in various locations such as a dental-laboratory
workbench or a polishing trough. Its suction action combines a maximum quantity of air
and a low air speed and is dedicated to extracting suspended dust particles, which could
enter the lungs. The advantages are virtually silent operation of the fan motor and an
overall low noise level, thanks to the slow flow speed of the air drawn in. This slow air
speed means that your hands do not get cold, even after a long time working at the suction
inlet.
The SG 1/1 also features an additional socket, allowing you to connect one other device,
which then starts to operate as soon as the suction is turned on.
Only use the device for this type of application.
6 Before Starting
6.1 Transport
Before transporting the unit, ensure that it has been unplugged from the power socket.
Make sure that it is packed correctly in order to avoid accidental damage.
Be sure to check for any transport damage when unpacking the goods. Note down
any damage if found.
