Switch on the sous vide device
Check that no one can stumble over the power cord. If necessary use an extension cord with grounded
terminals. Plug the power cord into a grounded power socket. The control panel may shortly light up.
Now switch on the device by pressing the On/Off button for 5 seconds. The control panel will light up
and the device is now ready for programming.
Change the temperature unit
By default the temperature is shown in degrees Celsius. Pressing the On/Off and Select buttons
simultaneously for two seconds will change the temperature unit to Fahrenheit. Pressing both buttons
again for 2 seconds will change the temperature unit back to Celsius.
Set the temperature
The required temperature can easily be set by turning the rotary wheel. Turn the wheel
upwards for a higher temperature, turn the wheel downwards for a lower temperature.
The temperature can be set between 0 and 95 degrees Celsius.
Set the duration
Press the Select button shortly to set the required duration. The hours of the set duration on
the control panel will start to blink.
Now turn the rotary wheel to set the required hours. Press the Select button again to set the
minutes. The minutes will start to blink. Now turn the rotary wheel again to set the required
minutes. Finally press the Select button again to confirm the set duration. The set duration
will shortly blink to confirm that the duration has been set.
Your sous vide device has now been programmed.
Start the pre-heating
By pressing shortly on the On/Off button the device will start to pre-heat the water. You will
hear that the pump is running and notice that the water circulates.
During the pre-heating the actual temperature will gradually increase until the set temperature has
been reached. When the set temperature has been reached you will hear a peep tone. This tone will
repeat every 3 seconds.
Place your vacuum bags
Carefully check that your products are properly sealed, then place your bags in the water container.
Start the cooking programme
Press the Select button for 2 seconds. You will hear one long peep and the repeating peep tone
will stop. The cooking programme has started.
Once the cooking programme is started the control panel will show the actual duration. After one
minute the duration will jump to 00:01 hours.
