Troubleshoot Your Connection

This cable might not be working because of improper use. To
resolve the issue:
a
. Make sure that your source device (Computer/Tablet/Phone)
supports video output via its USB-C port.
b
. Plug the USB-C end into your source device and the DisplayPort
end into a display. (*uni-directional, no signals the other way around)
c
. Select the correct DisplayPort signal source on your display.
d
. Try another USB-C / DisplayPort on your devices.
e
. If available, try on another source device or display.
-If the cable works, there may be an issue with the original device.
f
. Update the following firmware on your device:
-Operation system on the phone
-BIOS/UEFI/Graphics driver on the computer
g
. Reboot your device.
