Indications of the mini light:
a)
Red
: power is going through.
b)
Blue
: every time a memory card is just connected, you would see a blue
glitter, meaning the recognition process is happening.
c)
Red

Blue
: when a memory card is connected successfully and
constantly, the blue light will stay with the red light, no flickering. When
files are being transferred, the blue light flickers.

Troubleshooting
1.
The computer does not recognize the card reader
a)
Unplug and plug the card again. Make sure it is inserted correctly.
b)
Check if your card is in good condition, or try with another card.
c)
Try to unplug and plug the card reader. Reboot the computer if
necessary.
d)
Try with another USB port. If you are using a desktop, try with USB ports
on the back of the case which provide more power supply.
2.
Memory card cannot be properly recognized
Try to plug and unplug the card and monitor the mini light (see
Indications
of the mini light
above) at
the same time so that you can find whether it is
about the poor connection of cards, poor connection of card reader, or
deficiencies of cards / card reader.
