Starting Engine – General Checklist:
Fuel – supply adequate, including reserve
Oil – level adequate
Battery (s) – power adequate
Drain Plugs – installed
Gear – neutral
Bilge Blower – run at least 4 minutes before starting
“Sniff Test” – no leaks or fumes
Emergency Stop Switch – attached to operator and stop
switch
Gauges (after ignition and warm-up) – readings normal
