Installation
Ŷ
A double pole circuit breaker must be used when installing this appliance.
Ŷ Use no. 14 gauge wire or larger.
Ŷ This appliance must be ground (earth) connected.
TURN OFF POWER BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSTALLATION OR SERVICING.
1. Remove the Cover in order 4), 3), 2), 1) as shown in drawing 4. Do not pull on
sensor wire connected to the Cover and Base. Disconnect same.
2. Locate the mounting holes and wiring entry hole per drawing 2. Drill mounting holes
according to the type of screws being used. If using molys and screws supplied, drill
holes 8mm diameter X 35mm deep.
3. Mount the hand dryer to the wall and install field wiring, N / L / Gnd.
4. Install Cover and Sensor Wire. Switch on power.
5. The unit has a sensitivity range of 0 - 11cm and stops 1-2 seconds after removing
hands. A vandal timer shuts the unit off after 1 minute of continuous use. The hand
dryer will restart with the next use.
