WARNER ELECTRIC
MC606r-ml-0209
GENERAL INFORMATION
The sensor (BTCS620) is supplied by +15 VDC and will be plugged on SK2 connector with a connection kit(cable
and all mounting accessories, fixing plate, coupling, key screws).
The arm stroke must be + or - 30° around the middle position.
For machine starting and stopping, we advise to connect a switch when the machine is stopped, this switch lock the
calculation integral value (switch anti-drift) dry contact to be wire on auxiliary connector SK3.
If the arm movement has a reverse action regarding the brake torque, you must reverse the sensor polarity at the sen-
sor rear or open the front panel and invert the red switch SW3 on the circuit board (bottom right).
If the ratio between big diameter and small diameter is more than 8, we advise to use at middle diameter the gain
change function: close a dry contact between pin 1 and pin 5 on connector SK3.
All auxiliaries connector contacts are isolated by opto-couplings.
