WIRING DETAILS:
•
Route black lead Wire from J3 terminal on Circuit Board through Wire guides up into handle
to Trigger Switch.
•
Route white lead Wire from J4 terminal on circuit board through Wire guides up to Trigger
Switch.
•
Route the Motor wires as shown.
•
Route Brush leads from Brushes up to Trigger Switch.
•
Use tie strap to secure Motor Wires and Brush Wires to the right hand frame.
•
Attach green Wire from Power Cord assy. to frame as shown.
•
Route Brown lead from power cord assy to the bottom terminal of rocker switch.
•
Install the terminal from green wire from the power cord assy and Terminal from green lead to
the right frame and secure underneath cap screw.
•
Route blue lead from power cord assy to the N4 filter terminal.
•
Route black J2 lead from circuit board to the U1 filter terminal.
•
Route J4 lead from circuit board to the U3 filter terminal.
•
Secure power filter assy to motor housing and rear Tie rod using Tie strap.
•
Install Black lead from top terminal of rocker switch to the L2 filter terminal
•
Route green lead from ground terminal of filter to right frame ground location.
•
Attach green wire from power cord assy. And power filter ground terminal to frame.
•
Refer Wiring diagram 77483 for installation wiring schematic
