Baffle
Positioning
The
primary
heat
exchanger
baffles
consist
of
one
heavy
baffle
stack
(4mm
thick)
at
the
bottom,
3
lighter
baffle
stacks
(3mm
thick)
in
the
middle
and
baffle
plate
(3mm
thick)
at
the
top.
Upon
installation
or
after
servicing,
ensur
e
the
baffles
ar
e
in
the
corr
ect
or
der
and
corr
ectly
stacked.
To
achieve
maximum
efficiency
push
the
primary
heat
exchanger
baffles
in
the
dir
ection
of
the
arr
ows
as
shown.
The
secondary
heat
exchanger
spring
baffles
must
be
fully
inserted
into the heat exchanger tubes (narr
ow end first).
The
primary
heat
exchanger
baffles
consist
of
two
half-width
baffle
stacks
at
the
bottom,
3
full-width
baffle
stacks
in
the
middle
and
baffle
plate
at
the
top.
Upon
installation
or
after
servicing,

ectly
stacked.
To

push
the
primary
heat
exchanger
baffles
in
the

ection
of
the
