  Loading: 

Use the boom, dipper and grapple to grab the log 

or wood and place on the trailer frame.

a.  Move the boom, dipper and grapple out over 

the log or wood to be picked up.

b.  Turn the grapple until it is at right angles to the 

longitudinal position of the log or wood.

c.  Open grapple and lower over log.

d.  Close grapple, lift log and slowly swing and 

align over the trailer.

e.  Lower and release log.

f.  Repeat with the next log(s) until loaded.

g.  Do not load trailer above rated capacity.

IMPORTANT

Estimate  the  position  of  the 

log center of gravity to keep it 

balanced when moving, lifting 

or swinging.
