CUTTING EDGE (WEAR STRIP)
Inspect cutting edge often (approximately every
2
hours
of operation). Upon reaching the maximum
allowable wear (approximately 1/8” remaining) either
lower cutting edge to the second row of carriage bolt
holes, flip the cutting edge, or replace it.
DO NOT
allow the cutting edge to become so worn as to
cause damage to the dozer blade. Order a replace-
ment kit when necessary; refer to
for available
options.
Wear Zone:
Lower, flip, or
replace wear strip when both
edges are worn.
DO NOT
allow the
wear to occur above
this level on the
cutting edge.

LUBRICATION
Lubricate the following oil points every
25 hours
of
operation:
1. Blade Angle Pivot (Grease)
2. Foot Trigger Pivot (SAE 10 Oil)
3. Lift Bar Pivot (x2) (Grease)
