Stretch the 2 skeg bases to ensure a
secure lock. Now the blade should stay
vertically in place and should be firmly
locked.
Install the other blade in the same way.
After they are both in place, re-inflate the
kayak to correct working pressure. Test
again to make sure that both skegs are
securely locked in place and cannot come
off.
To remove the skegs, partially deflate the kayak body, bend the area between the 2 skeg
bases to unlock the blade.
CLEANING
After use, rinse with fresh water; wash away sand and debris.
Rinse the cockpit and under the inflatable floor to remove sand and debris.
NOTICE
Do not clean with oily or abrasive substances or chemicals.
Do not use products that could be harmful to PVC.
Do not discharge cleaning products or chemicals into waterways.
Some suntan lotions can discolor PVC fabric.
STORAGE
Clean kayak before storing.
Dry kayak before storing to prevent accumulation of mould.
Store in a cool and dry place.
NOTICE
Do not store kayak in a place where it may come in contact with sharp or abrasive
objects.
TRANSPORTATION & TOWING
To transport with an automobile deflate the kayak and transport it inside the trunk or
boot of the automobile.
Do not transport kayak on an automobile roof rack. This could result in damage to
the kayak or a hazardous driving situation.
Do not tow behind a boat. This craft in not designed for towing behind a boat.
Towing behind a boat could result in injury or damage to the craft.
