Quick reference guide
NOTE
The detailed instruction for the following operations can be found in the res-
pective chapters in this instruction manual.
Keep the sequences of the following operation steps when using the device
for the first time to avoid damages on the device.
1. Mount the device on a lamp tripod
2. Connect to power supply
3. Adjust tilt angle
4. Switch the device on and off
5. Adjust output

Preparing the device for use
6.1 Mount on lamp tripod
WARNING
Danger from toppling wind machine
Persons standing next to or under the wind machine can be seriously injured.
Only mount the unit on lamp stands intended for this purpose.
Make sure that the lamp stand stands straight and secure with the unit
mounted.
1. Put the device with the mounting bracket onto the lamp tripod.
2. Tighten the two fixing screw firmly, so that the device is fixed securely.
6.2. Power supply
1. Switch off device. See Switch on and off of device. (7.2)
2. Compare the local power supply with the connected load of the device. See
Technical Specifications. If the values differ, please contact
3. Connect the power cord with the socket on the device and with the power
socket.
NOTE
Compare the local electric power supply with the connection values of the de-
vice. Should the connection values not match, please contact [email protected].
Only connect the power supply until to a grounded socket.
After use, disconnect the device from the local power supply by simply
pulling out the mains plug.

Operating the device
7.1 Adjusting the tilt angle
1. Open the left and right fixing screw of the retaining bracket.
2. Tilt unit to the required angle.
3. Tighten the left and right fixing screw on the retaining bracket.
