Operation

19.1
Using the LED luminaire
You can operate the luminaire either manually via the control panel
on the back, by remote control or via DMX. Manual operation
happens mainly via the rotary knob. The luminaire must be mounted
on a standard lamp stand with a 5/8 inch spigot for operation.
Power is supplied either via two V-mount batteries (not included) or
via the mains adapter (included).
19.2
Mounting the fixture on a stand
Always use the lamp on a standard lamp stand with a 5/8 inch
spigot. Set up the stand properly (see its instructions for use). Now
loosen the fixing screw (9) on the LED lamp and place the holder (8)
over the spigot of the lamp tripod. Tighten the fixing screw again
and make sure that it grips the spigot at the narrowest section to
prevent it from slipping off.
The circular hole in the bracket (8) allows the lamp to be mounted
horizontally.
19.3
Mounting the barn doors and the diffuser
The luminaire is supplied with pre-mounted barn doors (10) and a
pre-mounted diffuser (3). A second diffuser (35) with different
diffusion characteristics (soft and ultrasoft) is included.
The barn doors as well as the diffuser are held by the luminaire
housing by the guiding rails (6) on the housing and fixed on both
sides by the retaining bars (5).
