If the luminaire still doesn’t re-
spond, contact our service team.
The connecting cable
is damaged.
Mechanical impact on
the connecting cable.

Disconnect a damaged connect-
ing cable immediately from the
power supply and have it replaced
by the manufacturer, by a service
technician authorised by the man-
ufacturer or by a person with com-
parable qualification.
