Pairing with Your Smartphone, Tablet, or Computer
Every App is different, but pairing your KICKR PowerTrainer with your iOS device is quick and easy. The free Wahoo Fitness
App is available in the App Store and allows you to track your power, speed, and cadence from your workouts while
controlling the resistance on your KICKR PowerTrainer. For a full list of Apps that support the Wahoo Fitness KICKR
PowerTrainer, scan the QR code on the front page of this Quick Start Guide or visit www.wahoofitness.com/KICKR.
The KICKR PowerTrainer is capable of wirelessly connecting via ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0 (Bluetooth Smart) technology. The
pairing process depends on the wireless technology you are using.
Pairing using Bluetooth 4.0:
only available in the iPhone4s and newer, and the new iPad (3

generation) and newer

Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone or iPad under Settings > General > Bluetooth>On.
2.
Plug in your KICKR PowerTrainer and ensure your iPhone or iPad is within five (5) feet (1.5m) of the trainer.
3.
Open up your favorite App and locate the “Add New Sensor” page; follow the instructions for pairing.
Pairing using ANT+:
all iOS devices with 30 pin connector.
Note:
To use the KICKR PowerTrainer with ANT+ technology, you will need the Wahoo Key (sold separately, available
online at www.wahoofitness.com).

Insert the Wahoo Key into the 30-pin connector of your iPhone or iPad.
2.
Plug in your KICKR PowerTrainer and ensure your iPhone or iPad is within five (5) feet (1.5m) of the trainer.
3.
Open up your favorite App and locate the “Add New Sensor” page; follow the instructions for pairing.

Limited Warranty???
Wahoo Fitness warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for one year
from the date of original purchase. Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident,
excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are
not covered. Wahoo Fitness will, at its discretion, repair or replace with a comparable product, at no charge to the customer
for parts or labor, so long as customer is responsible for shipping costs. Products may be new, refurbished or reconditioned
and are warranted for the unexpired period of the original purchase, or 60 days from return, whichever is greater. Any
products replaced become the property of Wahoo Fitness.
WHERE PERMITTED, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WAHOO
FITNESS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO SPECIFIED AMOUNTS SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR
EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To obtain warranty service, contact Wahoo Fitness for shipping instructions and an RMA tracking number. Return your device,
freight prepaid, along with the original sales receipt which is a required proof of purchase for warranty repairs, with the RMA
tracking number written on the outside of the package, and mail to Wahoo Fitness.
