Maintenance of the device
Disconnect the examination unit from the power switch and
pull the power plug! Avoid that cleaning material or other
liquids can get into the examination unit or on installed
examination devices during cleaning work.
Cleaning
Instrument table and patient chair with armrests
The instrument table top is provided with a plastic surface. It has a plastic-
coated surface in accordance with EN 14322, is biocompatible in
accordance with ISO 10993-1 and is correspondingly resistant.
Disinfectants may also be used for cleaning.
Clean the paint parts and the seat upholstery on the examination unit
exclusively with a damp cloth and mild cleaning agents. Stubborn soiling on
varnished surfaces can be removed with petroleum ether or methylated
spirits. Repeated use can lead to colour changes of the components!
