capacity The device is not set to cooling. Set the device to cooling.
The ambient temperature is above
43 °C. The roof air conditioner is only
designed for ambient
temperatures of up to 43 °C.
The thermostat is defective. Consult an authorised specialist
workshop.
The vaporiser fan is damaged.
The condenser fan is damaged.
No heating
capacity The ambient temperature is above
30 °C. Only use the heating function of
the roof air conditioner at
temperatures below 25 °C.
The device is not set to heating. Set the device to heating.
The thermostat is defective. Consult an authorised specialist
workshop.
Low air output The air intake section is clogged
up. Ensure unhindered air supply at
the air intake units.
The vaporiser fan is damaged. Consult an authorised specialist
workshop.
Water enters
the vehicle The condensation water drainage
openings are clogged up. Clean the drainage openings for
condensation water.
The seals are damaged. Consult an authorised specialist
workshop.
Air conditioner
will not go on There is no voltage. Check the power supply.
The voltage is too low

The voltage converter is defective.
