Wadia 9 DECODING COMPUTER

SERVICE

If you have a service problem, immediately contact your Wadia dealer. It is important that your Wadia

9 Decoding Computer be serviced only by an authorized Wadia service facility.This will ensure that
proper repairs are made and that your Wadia 9 warranty stays in effect throughout the warranty
period.

BATTERIES

The Wadia 9 and Wadia 10 are completely controlled by the Remote Control. If these products do not

respond to commands from the Remote Control, the useful life of the batteries may have expired.
Remove the back cover of the Remote Control (there are 4 screws in the 4 corners of the rear panel
on the Remote Control) and replace the two AA batteries.

WARRANTY

This warranty covers the Wadia 9 Decoding Computer. Wadia Digital warrants that this product shall

be free from defects in materials and workmanship for:

5 Years for all parts of the product (excluding batteries).

The warranty period begins at the time the product is first shipped from Wadia Digital and is subject
to the following requirements and understandings:

1)

The product must not have been modified in any manner whatsoever, or the warranty is

immediately voided.

2)

The product must not have been stored in a humid, damp environment; nor subjected to weather,
water or salt spray.

3) During the warranty period Wadia Digital will repair the Wadia 9 to working order, or, at Wadia’s

option, replace a defective Wadia 9 with a similar available product, at no cost to the owner for

labor, materials, and shipping charges from Wadia Digital, River Falls, Wisconsin.

4) Wadia Digital shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any incidental or consequential

damages arising from the loss of property or other damage or losses due to the failure of a Wadia
9 Decoding Computer. Wadia Digital will not pay for loss of use or inconvenience caused by the
failure of a Wadia 9 Decoding Computer. Wadia Digital will not pay for damage caused to other
audio components caused by the failure of a Wadia 9 Decoding Computer within the limits

allowed by State Law.

5) All repairs performed after the warranty period has expired will be billed to the owner and will

carry a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

6) All repairs must be performed by an authorized service facility or by Wadia Digital.

This oroduct  is onlv warrantied in the country of original sale by Wadia Digital.
