The warranty period against manufacturing
defects is 6 months from the date of
purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage
resulting from improper use of the product or
failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

For your safety, the unit will automatically shut down
after 60 minutes of non-use.
Unplug the iron and put it away when it has cooled
down completely.
Press and hold the on/off button for about 1 second
to switch off the device. The 6 LEDs flash again from
bottom to top.

The fan starts and the LED stops flashing when the
iron reaches the set temperature. By pressing the fan
button you can switch the fan on or off.
The Exale Duo allows for longer lasting curls without sacrificing the
straightening power of a normal straightener.
The air helps to set curls quickly and hold them for longer. It also
reduces the risk of burning the skin if the iron touches the skin
when hot.
For efficient smoothing it is recommended to work without air.
