9.1 Maintenance schedule
9.1.1 One-time maintenance after initial operation
Note: The following maintenance tasks need only be performed after initial
operation at this interval.
9.1.2 Daily maintenance work

Change engine oil.

Check the valve clearance,
set to 0.10 mm when the en-
gine is cold. *
* Have these tasks carried out by the service
department of your Wacker Neuson con-
tact person.

Check the intake area of the
combustion air and cooling
air.

Check engine oil level.

Check water separator.

Check fuel tank:
- Fuel level.
- Leaks.
- Lines for leaks.
- Check the tank seal for
leaks – change, if neces-
sary.

Check the air cleaner mainte-
nance indicator while the en-
gine is running.
Clean or replace the filter ele-
ment as needed.

Check that Bowden cable
moves freely.
„
Clean the machine.
