UBRICATION

Every 10 hours of operation, add a chain lubricant to the
drive head.

1.

Remove the grease plug in the head.

Figure 4-1. Remove the grease plug to lubricate the
drive head.

2.

Power on the ERV-750 and turn on the drive motion.

3.

While the head is turning, spray a lubricant such as
Dow Corning 1122 Chain and Open Gear Grease into
the head through the grease opening.
