   INSTALLING THE ADAPTER PLATE

1.  Remove 3 screws from the outter perimeter of the adapter plate.  

1.   Remove one of the three mounting plate screws from the 

mounting ring and loosen the other two screws (do not remove).

2.  Twist and lock the adapter plate into place as shown.
3.  Using the screw from the previous step, screw-in the  

adapter plate and tighten the 2 previously loosened screws.
