III. Restrictions on use
:
Power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with these rules and the way it is intended for
the particular type of device. Consideration must be given the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power for other than intended could result in a hazardous situation.
The machine can be operated only from the crown diamond drill bits described in this manual.
Unauthorized changes to mechanical and electrical construction, modifications and maintenance
operations not described in the Operator's Manual shall be considered to be unlawful and result in
immediate loss of warranty.
Do not overload the machine. Use the correct power tool that is provided for this. Will do the job better
and safer at the rate of applications.
Do not use the power tool if the on / off switch is faulty. Any power tool that cannot be turned on or off
is dangerous and must be repaired.
IV. Preparation for use
:
Check that moving parts are not damaged.
V. Mount drill :
Embed (screw) the diamond core drill on the spindle and tighten with the flat keys.
VI. Network power:
Before connecting the machine to make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the shown on the
label nominal value.
The installation power line should be made by copper cable with a minimum cross section of at least
2.5 mm, and should be routed through a 16A fuse. The line must be equipped with an efficient
installation of protective and must comply with safety regulations.
Arranged the electric cable so that by work is protected from damage. If need to use an extension
cable it should be chosen the correct length, the excess does not interfere by work.
Extension also must be equipped with PRCD . Do not turn off the plug by pulling the cord.
By a power outage and the machine stop s it is mandatory to release the power button and unplug it.
After determining the cause of a power failure and fix the problem, you can continue working. Do not
leave the machine connected to the network without supervision. In the case of breaks or after the
machine be disconnected from the mains by removing the plug from the wall socket.
