1.
Remove the panel from the bottom of
the base station (refer to the V150
User Guide for additional information).
2.
Attach the VEHS-A1 to the bottom of
the V150 by carefully inserting the
plastic guide pin into the screw-hole
socket on the base of the V150, then
press together the rear of the V150
base and VEHS-A1 until it snaps
into place.
3.
Insert the color-coded cables from
the VEHS-A1 into the corresponding
color-coded jacks of the V150 base
station; the connectors should ‘snap’
in place when fully inserted.
4.
Connect the longer VEHS-A1 cable
into the headset port of the phone
(the headset port is generally located
on the bottom of the phone).
5.
Insert the 2.5 mm microphone con-
nector into the ‘microphone’ jack of
the VEHS-A1. Affix the microphone to
the phone’s speaker grill by carefully
removing the paper backing from the
adhesive ring on the microphone
housing and placing the microphone
over the grill; the hole of the micro-
phone housing should line up with
one of the center slots of the grill.

Setting the microphone sensitivity.
a. Adjust the phone’s ringer volume
to the desired level.
b. Place a test call to the phone.
As the phone is ringing, rotate the
VEHS-A1’s ‘Microphone Sensitivity’
thumb wheel until a ring-tone is
heard in the V150 headset.
Additional V150 Setup
- V150 should be in MODE 2.
- V150 ‘Compatibility Switch’ should be
placed in the ‘D’ position.

VXi warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from
the date of purchase. If, during that period from the date of purchase, your product fails to work due to
a defect in material or workmanship, VXi will repair or replace the product, at its election, free of charge.
Without proof of purchase, the warranty period begins on the date of manufacture. Consumable
components (for example, cushion, battery and fuse) are not included in this warranty.

The foregoing limited warranty does not cover equipment failure attributable to accident, improper operation,
misuse, abuse, or any cause other than defects in the materials or workmanship of VXi’s products.
3.
VXi’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement (at our option) of any defective part
returned to VXi at the customer’s expense. Returned products require a Return Authorization that may be
obtained by calling 800-742-8588. Products returned to VXi for repair under this warranty will be return
shipped to the customer at VXi’s expense.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions
do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties and the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you.

In no event shall VXi be responsible for any other damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, special,
incidental, consequential, or other damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied.
