External temperature is too warm
The external walls can be as much as
–1ºC (30ºF) warmer than room
temperature
This is normal while the compressor
works to transfer the heat from inside
the cabinet
Temperature fluctuates
Cold control
Condenser
Make sure that the cold control is set
correctly
Make sure the condenser is clean. Refer
section
Unit warms up
Door is Open
Door is Seal
Warm product recently loaded in unit
Compressor
Make sure the door is completely
closed
Check the door seal
Allow ample time to recover from
loading warm product
If the compressor is not running, have
an electrician check for proper voltage
to the unit
If the compressor is running, contact an
authorized service provider or call the
technical support hot line for assistance
Moisture forms on outside of
refrigerator
Not unusual during periods of high
humidity
Wipe surface dry and reset the
refrigerator control to one setting
colder.
Unit runs continuously
Door is open
Temperature set too cold
Ambient temp too high (above 109ºF or
43ºC)
A leak around the door gasket will allow
cold air to escape. This causes unit to
work harder than necessary to maintain
cold temperatures. Re-seat or replace
the gasket if worn
Check optimum running temperature
Move the unit to a different location
