3.2 Base Station Overview

PAGE
Press the Page on the base station to page your handset. It will
ring for approximately 60 seconds.
Press any key on the handset except <Silent> or <PAGE> on
the base to stop the paging.

Following icons will be displayed according to
the current status of the phone operation.

Steady when the handset is in range of the base. More bars will
show when the signal strength is strong.
Flash when the handset is in marginal range of the base.
Off when the handset is not registered to the base or out of range
Indicate that the alarm is set.
Flash when the alarm time is reached.
Turn off when the alarm is off.
Indicate an intercom is in progress.
Indicate a call is in progress.
Flash when ringing.
Indicate that handsfree is being used.
Indicate that the ringer is switched off.
Indicate when new VMWI message is received.
Indicate that the keypad is locked.
Indicate when the battery is fully charged.
Indicate when the battery is 1/3 charged.
Indicate when the battery is 2/3 charged.
Flash when low battery is detected to indicate that it needs charging.
