Use the       keys to scroll through
the Caller ID memory.

To view additional name characters
not shown on the display, press
and hold the 9 key.

To view the time and date of the
call press and hold the 7 key.  You
will see a display like:

Caller ID

To view information stored in Caller
ID memory, press the OK key to
activate the menu.

Use the    keys to locate the
following menu item:

Press the OK key again to begin
reviewing Caller ID memory.

The display will show the most
recent call received.  For example:

Using Redial

To view information stored in
REDIAL memory, press the OK key
to activate the menu.

Use the    keys to locate the
following menu item:

To exit press OFF.

Press the OK key again to access
REDIAL memory.

Use the          keys to scroll through
REDIAL memory.  The VT 1421 will
store the last 5 numbers dialed in
REDIAL memory, for example:

Once you have found the number
you want to dial press the PHONE
key.

FLASH

You can use your VT 1421 with
services such as Call Waiting.  Simply
press the PHONE key to FLASH the
line.
