Getting started
Handset layout
MENU/SELECT
Press to show the menu.
While in a menu, press to select an item, or
save an entry or setting.
OFF/CLEAR
During a call, press to hang up (page 19).
While the handset is ringing, press to silence
the ringer temporarily (page 20).
While the telephone is not in use, press and
hold to erase the missed calls indicator (page
38).
During programming, press to exit without
making changes.

Press repeatedly to show other dialing options
when reviewing a call log entry (page 39).
MUTE/REMOVE
While on a call, press to mute the microphone
(page 20).
While reviewing the call log, directory or redial
list, press to delete an individual entry (page 41,
36 and 23 respectively).
Press to delete digits when predialing (page 19).
EQ
During an outside call, intercom call, message
or announcement playback, press to change
the audio quality to best suit your hearing.
(page 21).
VOL/CID
(volume/caller ID)
Press to review the call log when the telephone
is not in use (page 38).
While in a menu, press to scroll down.
During a call, press to decrease the listening
volume (page 19).
