Listen to, save & delete messages
The system automatcally saves your messages untl you delete them, and can store approxmately
11 mnutes of messages, memos, and announcements (up to a maxmum of 95 messages) . A
message or memo can be up to four mnutes long .
The message window will flash to alert you to new, unplayed messages. Once all messages have
been reviewed, the number displayed in the window will stop flashing and glow steadily. If the
system contans both old and new messages, t wll play only the new messages . After all new
messages are played, press
PLAY/STOP
to hear all messages .
Before playng a message, the system announces the day and tme t was receved . Whle the
message plays, the message wndow dsplays the number of the message . After playng the last
message n a malbox, the system announces
“
End of messages.”
If the system has less than five
mnutes of recordng tme left, t announces the remanng tme .
Call screening/intercept
1 . Make sure the answerng system s on, and set the message playback volume control above level
1
so you can hear the caller’s message .
2 . If you decde to answer the call, press
TALK/FLASH
on the handset .
