Reading text messages
When a new text message is received, your phone will
alert you in the following ways:
• using the current messages melody or vibrator (see
Text message settings
for more details).
• for a short while the display will show the beginning of
the message along with the number of the sender,
• if you do not acknowledge and read through the
message, then the display will change to show
Messages
and the
icon on the top row.
To read a new incoming message:
