If you are downloading a phonebook from a mobile
phone and the phone receives a call, the download
process stops, and all the handsets display

Download

fail.

When you try to view the downloaded phonebook,

the handsets display

You need to download the phonebook again.

When you are downloading a phonebook from a mobile
phone and you wish to stop the download process,
you may press

STOP
