WARNING
A dult assembly required.
This package contains small parts. For your child’s safety, do
not let your child play with the 5-in-1 Baby Booster Seat until it
is fully assembled.
To prevent serious injury or death from sliding out, falling or tipping
over:
• Never leave the child unattended.
• Always use the restraint system and ensure it is correctly fitted.
• Always use the chair attachment system and ensure it is correctly
fitted before use.
• Always check the security and the stability of the product on an
adult chair before use.
• Do not use this product on stools or benches that do not have a
seat back. Attach this product to an adult chair using the bottom
and back attachment straps.
• Ensure that the adult chair with the booster seat is placed in
a position where the child is not able to use their feet to push
against the table or any other structure as this can cause the adult
chair, which is supporting the booster seat to tip over.
To prevent serious injury or death:
• Do not use in motor vehicles.
IMPORTANT:
Before assembly, setup and each use, inspect this product for
damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. Do
not use the product if any part is broken, torn or missing. Do not use
accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by the
manufacturer. Never substitute parts.

• Use only with a child who has enough upper body control to sit up
unassisted.
• Age: 6 - 36 months.
