My styler doesn’t work when plugged in

Possible Cause:

When the styler is charging, other functions are

turned off.

Solution:

This styler is not cord/cordless, which means that it

cannot be used while it is charging. It is designed so that it will not
operate while it is charging. Once it is fully charged again, unplug it
to resume cordless operation.

SAFETY AUTO SHUT-OFF

For added safety and to preserve battery life.
If the styler is switched on and idle for more than 15 minutes, it will
automatically shut off. This does not mean the battery is dead. If you
want to continue using the styler, press & hold the on/off button for
at least 2 seconds to turn it on again.

AIR TRAVEL

Please note that this appliance contains rechargeable lithium-ion
battery and may be carried as part of your carry-on baggage. This
is subject to the individual airline’s discretion. We advise to check
directly with the airline before you travel.
