8.3 Service and Support

The Eyesi Surgical Simulator is manufactured by VRmagic GmbH, Germany.

This Eyesi Simulator was manufactured entirely in Germany using the most modern
standards and highest quality components. Stringent controls have produced the
best possible quality. Should you nevertheless discover a fault with the product,
please always follow this support procedure to ensure a fast and thorough resolu-
tion to the problem at hand:

Problem Verification

Verify the fault by checking if all procedures and instructions have been followed.
Use the system checklist for this purpose (

section 8.1 on page 59). Also check

whether the troubleshooting section provides hints to resolve the problem (

tion 8.2 on page 62).

Preparing Fault Analysis

Your simulator system is equipped with features for self diagnosis and error logging.
When contacting a service representative this information is most likely needed to
efficiently analyze any fault.
