Fuse Replacement
Fuse replacement
: When the frequent fuse failure* occurs, it usually indicates short circuit or an overload in the electrical system or in the
controller.
Never use the fuse with different rating from the specified (20Amp)** because due to this, serious damage can occur in the electrical
system or a fire may result causing a dangerous loss of the vehicle.
Fuse Replacement Process:
Switch OFF the ignition lock before checking or replacing the fuse (to prevent an accidental short circuit)
*If the appropriate rated replaced fuse burns out in a short time, there is probably a serious electrical problem with your bike, in such case
contact your nearest franchisee.
** Replace the fuse with proper rated new fuse (20 Amp) as higher rated fuse can increase the chance of danger to the electrical system.
*** A loose fuse can cause damage to the electrical system, so make sure that the replaced fuse is plugged inside tightly.
