DVD/CD-RW combo drive
Problem: CD or DVD disc is not recognized by the drive.
Solution: CD/DVD disc is not centered in the drive. Eject CD/DVD disc and
position it in the center of the CD tray, then reload the CD/DVD.
Solution: CD/DVD disc is upside down. Make sure the label side of the CD/DVD
disc faces up in the tray.
Solution: CD/DVD disc is dirty. Clean CD/DVD disc using a CD disc cleaning kit to
remove smudges or dirt.
Solution: CD/DVD disc is defective. Try another CD or DVD disc. If the drive works
with other CDs/DVDs, then the CD/DVD disc is defective.
