How to Use
1.Connect the USB cable to a power source and the indicator will tum blue and red

When the charger is properly connected,
the indicator keep turn on red

2. Place a compatible mobile device on the charging area and keep its screen outwards. (For optimum performance, please
place the mobile device in the center of the charging pad.)
3. As the mobile device and the charger may need time to get ready for charging, the charging may start in several seconds. If
the charging started, you can see from the charging status on your device or check if the indicator light turns blue.
lndicator Lighting Status
•
Blue light indicates your phone is being charged.
•
Flash Red and blue light alternately indicates the charging device is not properly placed or the wireless charger is in self-
protection mode for being affected by some foreign objects such as metal materials or magnetic cards.
Notes
•
The charger uses electromagnetic inductive charging technology, please do not place any foreign materials (in particular metal
objects) between the charger and the mobile device.
•
The wireless charger may not work properly if a thick, metal case or battery case is attached to the mobile device. In this case
, please remove the case before charging.
•
The vibration of your mobile device (such as message notifications) may move it from the charger and make it stop charging.
Please turn vibrations off on your mobile device if it happens frequently.
•
This bamboo wireless charging pad tends to get hot easier than
others, so the mobile device may get too hot while charging (it is normal for mobile devices to get a little bit hot when charging).
In order to prolong the battery life of your mobile device, the charger may stop charging when the mobile de vice is overheating
and 80% charged. And it will start charging again when your mobile device cool down. Please move the device to a cool place
before re-charge if the temperature goes too high.

To ensure the performance of the wireless charger, please check to see if the USB cable and mobile device are properly
connected before charging.

The charger is only compatible with wireless charging enabled phones (such as iPhone 8 /X/ XS/ XR, Samsung SB/ S9, etc.)
•
This product provides multi-protection system, including
overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and foreign objects detection. When the Red and blue indicator start to flash, the
product is in self-protection mode. Please remove your mobile device and place it back after a while. If the indicator stilI flashes
Red and blue alternately, please disconnect the charging cable and connect again.
Warning
• Do not dismantle or repair the charger by yourself to avoid damaging electronic components contained in the charger or cause
other damages.
• Do not knock, drop, puncture or squeeze the product.
• Keep the charger (distance over 50 cm is suggested) away from
implanted medical devices (such as cardiac pacemaker and artificial cochlear implant, etc.) to avoid potential interference to the
implanted medical devices.
• Do not place your magnetic stripe card or IC card (such as ID card or credit card) directly on the surface of the charging pad,
or it may be damaged.
• Do not use the product in places with extreme heat and humidity.
