Recipe (for beaters): Cake
Ingredients

Butter ( with 80% fat ): 15 0 g
White sugar : 15 0 g
Wheat flour : 15 0 g
Y east powder : 3g ( according to instruction manual )
O peration :
1. Separate egg white and yolk ;
2. Put egg white into bowl, choose beaters and run the appliance under setting 5 for 1.5-
2.5mins

3. Cut the butter into 2

4. Put sugar, butter and yolk into bowl, choose beaters and run the appliance under setting 4
for 1-2.5mins ;
5. M i x the wheat flour and yeast powder, then put into bowl ;
6. Bake dough by toaster oven.

Ingredients :
Wheat flour : 35 0 g
Salt : 5g
White sugar : 1 0 g
Butter ( with 80% fat ): 1 0 g
Water : 2 00 g
Y east powder : 3g ( according to instruction manual )
O peration :
1. M i x the wheat flour and salt, sugar, then put into bowl ;
2. Put yeast powder, butter and water into bowl

3. Choose dough hook, run the appliance under setting 1 for 1 0 s-15s, then run the
appliance under setting 3 for 2
