CAUTIoN:
Unplug the appliance from the mains before attaching the chop housing. Put the products
in the chopping, cover the chopping bowl and attach the motor housing up to it. Use the
slow speed, especially if you are chopping lumps. The high speed can be used as a finish-
ing touch.
CleANING ANd CARe:
Unplug the blender from the mains before cleaning. Separate the motor housing. The
motor housing should be cleaned by wiping it with a damp cloth. Do not hold the motor
housing under running water, or immerse it in water. The blade housing may be cleaned
either by holding it under running water, or with a brush dipped in a solution of washing up
liquid and warm water to remove particles of food and grease from the blade.
The chop housing may be cleaned by warm water and a washing up liquid. Do not use
pointed or sharp objects to remove food particles from under the blade. Dry the unit care-
fully after cleaning.
