06. Assembly / Moun ng / Installa on
• Moun ng, electric connec on and start-up may be executed by quali fi ed personnel only (according to EN 50110-1
and EN 1010-1).
• It is the installer’s responsibility that the installa on and safety instruc ons are in accordance with current
standards and regula ons (according to EN-ISO 13857 and EN ISO 12100-1)
• Every fan has to be grounded according to the current standard EN 50178.
• Do not use the fan as part of a construc on
• In case the moving part of the fan (the impeller) is below 2.7 m (measured from the fl oor to the lowest point of
the fan), a protec ve wire guard (according to EN-ISO 13857) is mandatory.
• Remove the red condense plug, mounted at the lowest point of the motor. Keep the condense plug in a safe place,
for it is necessary to use it during cleaning and maintenance work.
• Keep the water outlets open at all mes.
• Always install the fan with the motor in the le or right top corner to avoid clogging.
• Do not anchor the fan with cement or expanding building or sealing foam in its moun ng posi on.
• Using the op onal fastening set is recommended.
• Always a ach the cover on the hub. This avoids humidity penetra ng the bearings, causing a serious reduc on of
the life span.
CAUTION: In case of speed regula on, the fan may vibrate when incorrectly mounted/installed.
Check this before comple ng the installa on.

opera on!
