WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FORGOING, VORTEX ELECTRONICS DOES NOT MAKE, AND
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO ANY THIRD PARTY
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, TECHNOLOGY, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PABM1 PASSIVE
AIRBAND MONITOR OR DOCUMENTATION.

MONITOR, WHETHER OR NOT THE DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT VORTEX
ELECTRONICS, OR ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS WERE ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, VORTEX
ELECTRONICS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU (WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STATUS OR
OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY
EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Finally, Vortex Electronics is not responsible to the buyer, user, or third parties for any claim of special or
consequential damages, in accordance to the previous disclaimer.
