OPERATION
CAUTION: Take extra care when handling the
blade.
•
Position the MEAT SLICER on a clean, dry and
smooth surface, away from heat and water
sources.
•
Move the SLIDING TABLE back and forth a few
times to make sure the movement is smooth.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using this appliance for the first time, please ensure you complete the following
steps:
•
Check that the appliance, the power plug and
power cable are all in a serviceable condition
and that all packaging materials have been
removed.
•
Clean the Meat Slicer with a damp cloth or
sponge. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
•
Do not use detergents or solvents. These may
damage the appliance.
WARNING: Take extra care when handling and
cleaning the BLADES as they are very sharp.
•
Never use steel wool or scouring powder on any
part of the slicer. Do not wash any part of the
slicer in a dishwasher.
•
The motor is in a concealed housing. Never
submerge the main unit in water.
•
Ensure the blade is locked into position using
the black TWIST & LOCK centred in the middle
of the blade.
•
Place meat on top of meat guide.
