FILL TUBE IS DIFFICULT IN
INSERT/REMOVE.

The
PAINT TUBE
may require a second fill
with paint. The
ROLLER BARREL
takes time to
saturate.
•
Ensure the
FILL TUBE
and
PAINT TUBE
are
clear or any blockages that may prevent any
paint being withdrawn and dispensed.
•
Ensure
PETROLEUM JELLY
has been applied
to the end of the
PLUNGER, DUCK VALVE
and
FILL TUBE COLLAR
before use.
•
Be sure the
FILL TUBE
has been fully inserted
into the
FILL TUBE COLLAR
when extracting
paint.
•
The end cap needs to be securely attached to
the end of the
ROLLER BARREL
after being
cleaned or replaced. Ensure it clicks into place
when attached.
•
The
BARREL COLLAR
may be loose. Follow the
assembly instructions on page 3 for guidance.
•
Lubrication is required. Use the
PETROLEUM
JELLY
around the seal rings located at the end
of the
PLUNGER.
•

FILL TUBE COLLAR
if
