Turn the ignition switch to position 0.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

 

Note!

 

Wait at least three minutes before unplugging the connectors

or removing other electrical equipment.

Use a weatherstrip tool to carefully pry loose the panel at the

rear edge of the center console. The panel is held in place by a

catch on each short side.

Move the panel to the side to access the two screws

underneath.
