Tighten the handle with existing screws.

Route the cable along the existing cable to the heating elements
in the rear window towards the right-hand side of the boot lid.
Route it along the right-hand side of the boot lid window up to
the upper edge of it.
clamp it using a cable tie from the kit and pieces of butyl tape.
