Drive Belt, Replace

The engine has a belt that drives the alternator and the
coolant pump.

Belt replacement D1-13/20 — 30/D2-40

•

Undo the bolts (A) and (C).

•

Move the alternator toward the engine by screwing
in bolt (B) and free the belt.

•

Replace the belt.

•

Tension the alternator belt by screwing bolt (B) until
a play of about 3–4 mm is achieved. Next, tighten
the bolts (A) and (C).
