3) Fold bike frame and use the battery finger hook to take out the battery;

is for Right Crank

WL/L
is for Left Crank;
Slightly hands in the Right pedal into Right crank arm first and then use # 15 wrench to fasten
pedals firmly in clockwise direction. Do the same with Left pedal on Left crank arm too in
anti-clockwise direction.
