Position control
The way valve is an electro-hydraulic converter with integrated positioner and subcascaded
magnetic force controller.
Dependent on the control deviation (setpoint w – actual value x) and the set controller gain

A double-acting hydraulic cylinder may be adjusted with this flow rate. When the actual
position is measured and supplied to the positioner integrated in the way valve, the
hydraulic cylinder is positioned position-controlled.
