Troubeshoot
There is no audio output
• Ensure transmitter and receiver are synced (check body-pack AF/RF-L or AF/RF-R LED lights).
• Check the Battery Power Status LED on the Bodypack Receivers, if the percentage is very low
it may be time to recharge.
• Check the power adapter on the Stationary Transmitter to ensure it is the correct adapter and
that it is not faulty.
• Make sure the antenna is securely fastened into place.
• Double-check the connections between the music sources, microphones, and the IEM-DIGITAL.
There is no music audio
• Make sure music source volume is turned up.
• Check the connections between the music source and the IEM-DIGITAL
There is audible distortion sound
• Check that all volumes are not cranked up to the max
• Re-Sync to a different frequency transmission channel because you may be picking up outside
interference.
